This is super heavy and assembly was a little tricky. As the manual states, it’s made with real wood so there’s variation in the pieces. Which means some of the pieces will line up a little differently than pictured. It takes some adjusting to get the pieces close to the formation in the picture. I would say the lowest platform is a little too small for jumping down onto from the top. One of my cats fell on the way down and he hasn’t been back to it since ( But it is very pretty. This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. This is a nice, sturdy, hefty two leveled cat perch with a lot of surface area for big kitties or the ones that like to share space. Nice carpet, not the thin stuff. Supportive pillars. For the price, this is a nice cat tree. It’s not overly heavy, so there’s a little wobble when my cat jumps up. However, I don’t feel in any way that it would tip!
