Frame came somewhat as pictured. I feel like the product photos make it look as though the foam is more structured than what it is. The frame arrived around 3 pm and I started it at 6 and finished an hour later. Photos are right after I put it together and I opened it when I started it. It may look better after it’s had a longer time to fluff. I will probably steam it. Not sure if it’s worth the cost but it’s not horrible enough for me to send it back. I will figure it out..
