My mother likes this chair. It fits nicely in the space allotted next to her bed. Not bulky like other recliners. Remote works well. Only complaint is that when it is in the sitting position, it is very low. Would be nicer if it were a little higher.. Dawn-marie. New Rochelle, NY. Sat Sep 19 2026

The chair was easier to put together than getting the box inside! The seat is too long the back does NOT FIT PERPENDICULAR, hence only 4 stars. I love the blue color and the smaller size, but the arms could would be more comfortable about 4-5” taller. Anonymous. Columbus, OH. Mon Sep 14 2026

Just got this today, and set it up for my sister-in-law at her assisted living studio. We wanted her to be able to elevate her legs in a recliner and to be able to sleep there as well because of her leg swelling and mobility issues. This is a real quality item. Heavy, sturdy, and full-featured, with customizable heat and massage, easy to access and operate wired controls (two sets, one for the chair’s back, legs, full recline, lift and one for heat and massage). Both are really easy to use. The materials in the chair are quality with faux leather that is attractive and comfortable. The chair’s support and cushioning are superb. Assembly was easier than I expected, but still took some time. I did the assembly all by myself, but had help with getting the boxes into her studio. They are heavy (which is a good thing when it comes to furniture like this). Assembly took about an hour with a very clear and substantial instruction booklet (large pages and print which is nice for my sister-in-law to have as a reference). There are two plug-ins, so keep that in mind. Everything tested out perfectly, and my sister-in-law was able to operate it right away. The lift feature will seriously get you out of the chair in an almost upright position! Really well-designed. There are a lot of lay-flat lift recliners on the market, and I feel doing the extra research helped me avoid some poor options. This one is a keeper! Wayfair got this two me in two days with excellent tracking using FedEx. It arrived exactly on time. I have used Wayfair several times, it’s always turned out well for me.. Albert. Gainesville, FL. Such a nice chair. I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loves it. The only issue is we could not locate the padding for the arm rests. We ended up stuffing them with some old pillow stuffing. Not sure why these were missing. Regardless, it is a very nice chair and I am well pleased.. Jennifer. Burnsville, NC. Tue Aug 25 2026

Great chair with everything we need for my arthritis and Lani's mom's health needs. She often falls asleep in her similar chair but it does not have as many features and does not lay flat for sleeping like this chair.. Kyle. Anderson. Mon Oct 05 2026

This lift chair recliner represents the perfect combination of style and function. In addition to offering massage and heat features, it supports true infinite positioning. The top-grain leather is soft, luxurious, and easy to clean and maintain. It has a power motion seat with a power-independent adjust headrest and a removable lumbar pillow that allows you to select the optimal position for your comfort. One can experience the lift position at the touch of a button and help elders discover convenient comfort right at home.

This is a bang for your buck type of purchase. We purchased this for my elderly mother to replace her fabric recliner. She is 5 ft tall and it deep for her but she likes it. Her favorite feature is the heat. The only drawback is the two remotes and having to get used to mainly a 6 button remote from prior a 2 button remote. It is comfy for a nap and sleeping. It does offer many massage levels. The lift feature works as it should and gets her on her feet. One note to mention if you are purchasing this for an elderly person....the motors are slow and the foot rest could be a little higher. If your elderly loved one has issues with urgency or needs to have their feet well elevated, this may not be the chair for them. We have also had several family members try this out...a 6 ft tall man, broad shoulders...loved the heat and massage and features to control head, back and feet differently. A woman, about 5 ft 7 inch also found it comfortable and liked the several features. If you are short, like me, 5'4", and need lumbar support, it may not be the chair for you. It does come with a lumbar pillow but it is up to your preference if you want to feel that support immediately if when you sit down or you want that pillow. We purchased for $540 sale price. Arrived quickly and in tact. Assembly was fairly straight forward, but you have to really review them to attache the power supply and remotes accordingly. It took about a half hour with two people since some of the parts can be heavy. The color is nice and the wide arms and cup holders are a plus. I can't give it a full 5 stars but it is pretty comfy overall, and likely it won't be returned.. Donna. East Windsor, NJ. Wed Oct 14 2026

Great chair with an incredibly easy setup! Delivery was a breeze the boxes were sturdy and easy to carry. The chair arrived safely in two well-packaged boxes that were manageable for two people to bring indoors. After unboxing and verifying all the components against the clear, concise instructions, the assembly process was straightforward with minimal steps. The instructions were crystal clear, and assembly was a snap. A quick tip for assembly grab a partner to help steady the backrest while you line up the brackets—it makes the process much easier than going solo. While the build is simple, having a second person assist with aligning the backrest brackets is highly recommended for precision. Overall, the chair was very simple to put together, feels great to sit in, and works perfectly. All the electrical components hooked up correctly and work as they should. The connections were easy to make and the instructions for connecting them were easy to follow. The heat and! massage features are great! Once assembled, the chair is exceptionally comfortable and operates smoothly. It’s an excellent choice for anyone prioritizing a hassle-free setup. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and well worth the purchase if you want a high-quality piece without the assembly headache. Highly recommended!. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Thu May 14 2026
