Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! Great color, material, easy assembly & quick delivery! Just tried today & so far like the comfortable feel. I do think the foot/leg rest is too short. I’m 5’6”, hubby is 5’7”, daughter 6’…my feet hang off at the ankles. Hubby has longer legs than me & hangs from about 3” above his ankles & daughter doesn’t fit her but she rarely sits on chairs (couch is her fav). It works good for us but if it was a little longer, would be great fit for us! However, not huge issue since we needed it quickly & price was perfection!. Karen. Lavaca, AR. Wed Oct 07 2026
