It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. This is a beautiful looking recliner. My husband really likes it. He said he likes that it doesnt rock and the amount of space it has makes him feel very comfy in it. The recliner was easy to assemble. I posted a picture so that you can see when you zipper the arms make sure you have them upside down.
