The non-stick enamel pan, sturdy handles, and dishwasher-safe parts make it great for daily and holiday cooking.

While this roaster is the perfect size (14qt) I specifically bought it because it says that there is a buffet server included...There is not. The product description is inaccurate - the server is only included with the 24qt size and the only place I found that information was the manual that came with it. However - when I informed Wayfair CS they did offer a replacement and were nice about it. It is a nice roaster.. Molly. Saint Ann, MO. Tue Oct 20 2026

The Ceramic Roasting Pan And Beer Can Chicken Roaster Set features the iconic WAVE patterned ridges and a detachable chicken holder for making beer can chicken. The nonstick glazed ceramic coating is perfect for roasting and baking everything from tasty vegetables to your favorite roast meats. Attach the roasting cylinder to infuse a roast chicken or turkey with your favorite flavored liquids like beer or juice. Cleanup is easy, everything in this set is dishwasher safe. The pan is a generous 19-inches by 10-inches and will easily hold chickens of three to six pounds.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon sent me this item to test. I was using the chicken roaster in the first image and it was ok but it was not very sturdy on the grill. Also, there was only one beer can size that fitted in. With that holder the fat of the chicken fell on the grill during cooking and you had to watch that the chicken doesn't catch fire. The Napoleon roaster is sturdy because of the roasting pan and you can spin it around easily to cook the chicken evenly. The fat drips in the roasting pan and not on the fire so the chicken can be cooked on direct or indirect heat. It is also very easy to clean. You can fill the central container with wathever liquid you want which is a nice feature. I will always use it in the future and I'll try roasting vegetables at the same time on the pan.. Er25. The rack is big enough for a turkey and perfect for a roast. This pan comes with its own stainless steel rack with large easy-grip handles. It fits into any standard oven and it is stovetop and induction safe, which means gravies and sauces can be made from the drippings right in the pan!

I had researched quite a bit for the best stainless roasting pan for my Frigidaire induction range oven. This Cuisinart 16" MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless was concluded to fit best for my cooking needs.
