Love this item. Very pristine, heavy, and adds glamor to any room.. Kimberly. Bristow, VA. Wed Mar 25 2026

A classic and elegant square design jar with Fu Dog lid is a true nod to Song dynasty style Chinese porcelain. The traditional blue and white glaze blends well with modern and eclectic home decors, as well as more traditional style interiors.

I’m actually surprised at how high quality this ginger jar is, I was super skeptical but it’s gorgeous in person and very large. I’m using it as a floor piece to fill space under a console table. So many mass-produced ginger jars seem to be really low quality and whenever they have foo dogs on them the dogs are really amorphous and have zero detail. This jar is actually really nicely detailed and the foo dog on the lid is well done. I love it!. Veera. Tempe, AZ. Tue Mar 04 2025

Legend of Asia gives a familiar form new structure with this handmade lion floral square tea decorative jar. Four flat panels carry a hand-painted lion motif framed by blossoms and scrollwork, all rendered in a crisp blue white palette that reads clearly from across a room. The square jar is compact in scale, suited to shelf decor, a bar cart, or the corner of a console where a rounded piece would roll visually. Built and painted panel by panel, the porcelain jar is finished with a high-temperature firing that leaves the glaze hard and luminous. Use it as a covered tea jar for loose leaf, or as a lidded decorative jar for matches and keepsakes. Graphic chinoiserie decor, collectible asian decor and lasting home decor in a single piece.

Trust the Decorative Jar to complete your display cabinet. Made from porcelain china, place this atop your desks or shelves for decor. Legend of Asia brings quiet symbolism to the tabletop with this handmade square tea fish motif decorative jar. Koi swim among painted water plants on each of the four flat panels, a fish motif long associated with abundance and good fortune. The squared silhouette lets the square jar sit flush against a wall or settle into a corner where a rounded form would look restless. Compactly scaled, the porcelain jar suits shelf decor, a bar cart or a nightstand, and its fitted lid keeps loose leaf and small keepsakes tidy inside. Every tea jar is hand-built, hand-painted and high-fired, so slight variation in edge and glaze is expected. Set it beside a rounded ginger jar to build a collected grouping of chinoiserie decor, easygoing asian decor and enduring home decor.
