This upholstered bed is gorgeous. I love the natural cream color and light tan piping on the ends. I was worried it was going to look cheap but looks very expensive and I love the calm feeling it brings to my bedroom. There were several other cream upholstered bed frames (very popular ones) that I considered before purchasing this one, but due to my high ceilings I needed a taller headboard and this definitely fits the bill. The only detractor from this purchase is WAYFAIR itself. Their website can't differentiate Queen to King. Their email system of communication was non-existent if not confusing. And the delivery date missed. Now as for the Product, this is a good item - but that has more to do with the Manufacturer, than Wayfair. Luxurious, nice curves, low profile. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there. Oh - and Wayfair did allow an earlier delivery time, than other sellers, so that is a positive. PS - I hate the bate switch offer for 10% discount, when it doesn't apply to repeat customers. This bed is absolutely stunning. It’s so beautiful that I’m now planning to overhaul my entire bedroom just to make the rest of the room live up to it! It is incredibly sturdy, well designed, and definitely a focal piece. I absolutely love it. My one caution is to pay close attention to the color. I was expecting a darker wood, but in person it’s more of a washed brown that can sometimes read slightly gray. Interestingly, it photographs differently depending on the lighting and can look much redder in photos than it actually is. I included a close-up to hopefully give a better sense of the true color. The burl wood pattern also has beautiful variations between light and dark, and since no two beds are exactly alike, yours may vary somewhat as well. Also, this bed is HEAVY. It arrived in three boxes, and I paid for professional assembly through Wayfair, which I’m very glad I did. I would definitely recommend having two people available to lift and assemble it.
