I bought 2 sets of these chairs. The look is great and easy to put together, but as usual with Wayfair something has to happen. In this particular case when I got to the second box to put the chairs together there was no hardware packet inside. I went online and put in a complaint. Just got an email today stating the hardware packet should arrive on February 10, so we will see if they send the correct hardware. I don't think I have ever had a purchase from Wayfair that didn't have an issue with something. It is definitely common with this company. I still really like the chairs.
