Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. I've lived in this home for almost 8 years. The water about twice a year seems to be "shocked" with chlorine. Now my water test according to the state report is some of the cleaner in the state of NC, but the taste is horrible. The TDS tested at 43 and the chlorine was almost as high as pool water level. So my fiance and myself, after much research, decided on ispring. Cost, customer reviews, install and how it tailored to our issues were why we chose it. Chlorine was drying out our skin, causing itching, and damaging our hair and probably damaging our mitochondria if I had guess. Immediately after I got the whole house system installed and the system purged it was night and day. We've notice more energy, less stomach issues, our hair is easily brushed/combed.
