Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. I bought two of these mirrors and they look fabulous. Super classy and elegant with a mirrored interior. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three.
