The metal structure is coated with waterproof and rustproof black powder coating, and the lifting mechanism has been tested for more than 500 times. It is absolutely a perfect addition to your home or office. Reminders: 1. our product includes 4 cartons/packages, which may arrive on different days. 2. Solid wall, brick or concrete walls are required for installing our murphy bed. 3. Please ensure that the wall thickness is sufficient for the provided screws. 4. Please secure the bed firmly to the wall with screws before operating the murphy bed.

I absolutely love this Murphy bed! It’s high-quality and comes with very clear instructions. Based on other reviews, I knew it would be a time-consuming project, and it ended up taking me two days to assemble, about 10 hours in total. The trickiest part was mounting it to the wall. The instructions state it should only be mounted to concrete, but since my house isn't concrete, we had to adapt: we bolted 2x4s into the wall studs wherever there were mounting brackets, and then bolted the bed frame to the 2x4s. You can see one of the 2x4s in the second picture. Securely anchored in eight places, it’s rock-solid and isn't going anywhere. I plan to add paneling later to hide the 2x4 support board. We are extremely happy with how this looks in our TV room, and the addition of subtle lighting really highlights its beauty. I highly recommend this sturdy piece of furniture!. Lisa. Mckinney, TX. This bench was perfect for letting me get my kitchen table closer to the wall than the chairs I was using. I did order custom cushions from another site as the ones that come with this look and feel somewhat cheap which is why I’m rating only 4 stars. I wish they offered more cushion color options at the least.. Valerie. Mon Oct 05 2026

Did take a while to put together, but was able to do it by myself. Got this for a guest bed in the office that only gets used sporadically. For a mattress we are using a Sleep Number C4 bed we just upgraded from in the bedroom. This cabinet was perfect as it had the solid base a Sleep Number requires and the entire bed, mattress pad, pillows, and comforter ALL fit inside the cabinet and drawer. I did have to drill a small hole in the bed base near the head off the bed for the air tube and another in the back board to plug in the air pump, but both are in places not visible with the bed open or closed. We contemplated a traditional Murphy bed, but they seem to need the weight of a mattress to help hold them open? And they lacked storage space for all the other bedding to make up the bed. Since storage space is always in short supply, this bed seemed a better fit for our needs. I only gave 4 stars for some minor gripes. First are the stickers used to cover the cam locks. Wow is that cheesy. Most furniture I have put together using cam locks have a plastic disc that goes into the cam lock hole. However, the only place these are visible are the inside of the headboard when the bed is open. I would have appreciated plastic caps for this area vs the stickers. My only other complaint is about the cam locks themselves. Other furniture I have put together (including the glass door cabinet next to the bed chest in the photo) had a stop so you can't insert the screwdriver too far and potentially run into the cam lock pin when turning the cam lock. I am not sure if this is what kept happening, but I did have a few cam locks where I just could not get them to turn as far as they should have. Will call this one user error, but with a properly designed cam lock this isn't an issue. Like I said, pretty minor, and overall very pleased with the bed for what we needed. It is also really easy to open and set up as I had to do that half a dozen times or so figuring out how to get the Sleep Number air pump connected and the holes drilled.. Cheran. Lakeview, OR. Make the most of your space with this stylish Murphy bed, designed to fold neatly into a cabinet when not in use. It fits 8-10 inch mattresses and can rise together with the mattress for easier daily use. Built-in LED lights, 2 AC outlets, 1 USB port, and 1 Type-C port add everyday convenience. Assembly takes 2 people in about 2 hours.

I received my farmhouse size Murphy bed with lights and charging station on the date stated when I placed my order. The directions were could have had better pictures as we found ourselves guessing on a few occasions and had to stop and redo steps on one occasion. The Murphy bed took two people a few hours to assemble and I love it! The online pictures do not do justice as it looks so much nicer in person. I love the shelf and LED lights and how easy it is to set up and tear down. Im on oxygen 24 hours a day and have very little strength and yet Im able to pull the bed down myself. If your looking for a Murphy bed, I suggest this one front Wayfair.. Teresa. Yankton, SD. Mon Oct 12 2026
