I’m very pleased with this iced tea maker so far. Even though the pitcher is glass, it is surprisingly lightweight and easy to lift. It also brews the tea fairly quickly. I don’t like my tea too strong, so I really like that you can adjust the strength to your preference. My previous iced tea maker had a plastic pitcher that cracked in several places, so I decided to replace it with one that has a glass pitcher. I’m glad I made the switch. Note: there is a specific way to insert the coffee filter into the Keurig machine — with the pink/purple line facing left (at the 9 o'clock position). This is important, as the box arrives without any instructions. Also, it is difficult to open and close the hinged lid, as there is no lip or notch on it to lift up. You have to open and close it and reset it 3-4 times to get 2 more ounces each time. Also, when you open it, it sprays hot water on you which is dangerous. I tried all the troubleshooting tips the booklet suggested and now the company is ghosting my email. If I got a defective unit they should be happy to send a replacement but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this coffee maker or anything else from this brand. ** I’m really liking this coffee maker so far! My old one was big and bulky and I only drink one cup of coffee a day so I needing something smaller and simpler. I love how this one has the option of filling the pod with ground coffee or using pods that you buy already filled. It also has an iced coffee setting, several size options for different cup sizes, and a bold or regular option. I was really impressed by how quickly it heats up and makes a cup of coffee.
