Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. This little object packs a big wallop. It's stunning against the night sky. My plan is to make raise it higher than the stake it comes with but the stake, at over 4 ft is great. It's a part of my planter bed and will reign over the planter. I have a street lamp on my property and as you can see in the 1st pic, it doesn't affect the auto on aspect.
