This light is absolutely stunning. It looks extremely high quality. This is the most money I have spent on lighting to date and its totally worth it. We purchased the 24 light for our entry. It is hung with the 20 chain. For perspective, we replaced a 20 year old pile rubbed bronze fixture that was 18 in diameter. I had concerns the new light may over power the space but the scale worked out beautifully in the end. The only concern was the instructions. This chandelier is beautiful and truly makes my space look better. But if you are trying to be a better person and quit cussing, or unless you have a mechanical engineering degree or are an electrician with extra time on your hands, do not buy this chandelier. The FULL assembly needed was over the top difficult. Fortunately, my husband has built classic cars and worked with electrical wiring, so we were able to assemble it in a matter of 4 to 5 hours together. The instructions were not complete for all of the stages of assembly. But in the end, we are enjoying it. You should also know that the base of the bulbs is a European size, and no home improvement stores or hardware stores here carry replacement bulbs. Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on.
