This is a great product. We have a valve installed at each of two homes. We actually had pretty good luck training the valves to correctly recognize fixtures, and that my father-in-law sometimes DOES take a shower at 2am. My concern is a recent downgrade of the App and Website feature set. It is no longer possible to manually correct fixture identification. The online instructions still direct you to links that are no longer available on the app or website. I think it is rather tacky to get us commited to a VERY expensive valve and installation and then take away features. We used the old app until after it was to expire as the features were still there. Sadly, now the original app is no longer functional. When I called support I was told that the app was still in development. Sounds a little fishy to me. Why would you release a complely new app that does half what the old app did? Months later features are still missing. Please consider giving this some attention ASAP? Thank you for an otherwise great product. Doubleflo. CA. Wed Aug 26 2026

KOHLER AERATOR ASSY

Delta products are built to last and this beverage aerator is no exception. It will provide you with years of aerated beverages. Timeless design for today's homes.

The aerator in this faucet is supposed to be removed unscrewing by hand. No tool needed. This isn't really true. Fact of the matter is the aerator has very little to actually grip onto for unscrewing. I also believe the Delta factory is likely screwing in the aerator tighter than necessary. To remove mine I used a tall glass and soaked the end of the faucet in 2 inches of 50/50 vinegar and water for 5 hours. Ensuring the aerator was completely saturated in the solution. I did this in case any build up was making the aerator stick. I'm not sure this is the case because I only run RO with softened water through this faucet. After soaking I dried the aerator to reduce slipping. Then I took a channel lock and wrapped the teeth in electrical tape to protect the faucet's finish. Set the channel lock width to the aerator and unscrew with a firm grip, but don't squeeze too tight and bend the aerator into an oval shape. The aerator should turn a little and from their you can unscrew by hand.. Tiride. Thu May 02 2024

I installed this in my kitchen. My wife did not think she would like it, but now, she cannot live without it. We found some great smelling soap on Amaazon. So far, the dispenser works great and seems to use little soap from the reservoir. I wonder how long the batteries last or whether there is an AC power supply available like our Moen hands-free water faucet. Great product!. Erfenbach. Sacramento, CA. Thu Aug 01 2024
