I love everything about this piece EXCEPT how shortcompact it is. The design and color are beautiful but I failed to see that it was only 17” tall versus my previous 21” tall stand, leaving a bit too much space between the stand and windowsills, and the TV and soundbar. I ended up ordering a Povison one instead for 4x the price The storage is pretty limited but I could’ve made it work - only wish the entire piece was about 15-20 larger so that the height was closer to standard and the storage space was a bit more accommodating. Quite a nice TV stand! It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The instructions were clear and it was easy to put together by myself. Feels solid and looks great. I do wish it had an inch or two more internal height, but it worked out. The slatted doors allowed me to put the speakers inside the cabinet. It does affect the sound some, but not enough to be a problem for me. I bought a smaller center channel speaker and was able to fit that into the center part with the A/V receiver after modifying the shelf for fit and ventilation (see pics). This is just what I was looking for. It is challenging to mount. You absolutely need two people for the mounting. Also, the hardware included for the mounting is for concrete walls. I needed to go to the hardware store for the right screws, washers, and anchors for this. I used Gemini to help me decide the best hardware for this specific desk going into drywall and into studs..
