It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. I am remodeling an 81 year old house. I wanted something unique to showcase the ceilings, so I chose the My Beautiful Damaris Drop-In or Glue-Up PVC Ceiling Tiles. I am remodeling everything on my own and am physically unable to put heavy sheetrock on my ceilings. Looks awesome! Easy to glue up with Loctite Power Grab HD adhesive (not the clear one) after I scuffed the paint with some 160 grit sandpaper. I overlapped the flat edges and used some panel nails at each corner, since you have four that overlap, if you do it that way. A little trim mounding around the edges finished it off nicely.. Tony.
