These chairs are lovely and comfortable once put together, however the chairs are slightly larger than standard (or at least compared to my previous chairs). Additionally, they are honestly really finicky to put together and the wood is VERY soft so easily dented/nicked. I would not order these again, and rather go with a different option, but since I have them put together, I'll be keeping them.. Rhonda. US. Mon Aug 17 2026

Great casual dining chairs. They go with my black and white theme perfectly. I ended up buying screws and putting in the holes myself but whatever it worked. They are very comfy and cute!!. Colleen. Redwood City, CA. Mon Sep 28 2026

It’s a beautiful accent chair and complements our foyer nicely. However, the brand manufacturer needs to do a much better job of protecting the furniture from damage. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars since the wood decor on the first chair arrived busted up with only a thin plastic bag around it inside a hollow box and no other insulation. The second box shipment was damaged, but fortunately the chair was damage-free.. Sheryl. US. Fri Apr 24 2026

The Aliha upholstered back side chair is very elegant and sophisticated, but at the same time has an airy feel to it. I purchased the Aliha with the linen upholstered back and I must say they are beautiful. The chairs arrived as promised on the day specified and without any damage due to how well they are packaged. Everything I need to assemble the chairs was provided which is basically the seat, the seat back, legs and hardware. The instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow and I had no problem putting this together on my own and I am a female, senior citizen. They are very, very sturdy and do not wobble. I did have concerns about the comfort level of the chairs, particularly for shorter people. I’m 5 foot tall and my feet do not dangle. I can sit back in the chairs very comfortably. The seat cushion is a little stiff, but I prefer that rather than sinking into the chair. In my opinion, these chairs look as high-end as much of the furniture I have purchased from high-end furniture shops in the past but at half the cost. I’m impressed!. Debbie. Fort Lawn, SC.
