After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking! The velcro helps hold it in place, but I have to fluff often to make it aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Assembly Advice Get a helper I highly recommend having two people to assemble this. Be ready to problem-solve The instructions were a bit difficult and had some missing details. You have to be pretty intuitive to figure out how certain pieces fit together. The back cushions are a bit flat, the seat cushions are thick and firm. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain.
