This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. The delivery was on time and placed where I wanted it. Be sure to have at least 3 people when connecting the legs to the beams. The directions were pretty vague when starting the first louver. purchased four and set them side to side. they look great frame is very sturdy and heavy steel. the anchors they come with definitely not long enough to hold long term in ground. i replaced with 12 galvanized anchors. the ceiling material is flimsy but does the job for now overall i say 83 happy. You will need at least 2–3 people for assembly, especially when raising and securing the frame. The parts for the frame were easy to assemble. The only step where I needed help was having three people hold the frame upright while I secured everything together. So far, it has held up great, even with the heavy winds in my area. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t run into any issues during assembly, and all the required parts were included in the boxes—nothing was missing. First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. We love our 15x13 louvered pergola. Looks really nice and expensive and feels solid. It took an experienced crew of 2 about 3 hours to install but I know ot would've taken me and a friend at least 6-8 hours as it'll take longer to read the instructions and plan the steps etc. whereas the experienced pergola installers went right into it. The louvers work well and are the best thing abiut this compared to our previous gazebo. You can bring in as much light as you want while controlling direct sunlight, but make sure you decide which way they should open (by rotating the whole pergola) as that dictate if you can control direct sunlight. The lights are solar with 1 smallish panel but they lasted more than 4 hours on the couple of occasions we used them, and likely would've lasted longer if we needed then. I love this pergola! I had been debating one for years and finally found one with all the features I wanted. We dont have any trees so theres no natural covering, and the backyard gets blasted with sun during the day. This pergola is perfect for manually adjusting the 4 different sections of louvers for the amount of sun wanted. We havent used the curtains or netting yet but I love having the option when needed. We paid for assembly which occurred over 3 days and 3 different crews. Caution- I dont recommend using the included anchors for anchoring to your base, unless your base is absolutely perfectly level.
