Took a while for all the cushions to fluff up to their full size and took some manual effort to full the foams apart to help it fluff faster. The seating group furniture parts were packed well and delivered in good condition. The assembly instructions were not the clearest, and assembling the furniture was awkward at times and took about 6 hours to complete, which resulted in the 4-star rating. The cushions are firm, well-made, and easy to clean with vacuum or soft brush and damp towel as needed. The height of the furniture is a little low, but gives the seating group a more modern look. So happy with this purchase! This 12 piece set came boxed like it was the crown jewels. Despite an unhappy husband who had to cut up all the cardboard, no damaged pieces arrived thanks to the packaging. It was not difficult to put together, although with 12 pieces, it is time consuming. The cushions are great, very thick, look well made. A little firm, but not uncomfortable. We used sealant on the wood as a precaution, and used spray fabric guard on the cushions.
