This is a great product but unfortunately I did not receive the instructions when I received this product and Wayfair went above and beyond to try to get the instructions from the company that made this item but was unable to do so. Nice swing overall. Wish the back cushion covered a larger area. Should chose if supported is needed at neck or head, not both. It’s little uncomfortable to sit longer.
