The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, a measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

Assembly was pretty basic- but I did need a 10 mm socket wrench, a large Phillips screwdriver, and a strong clamp as there was not an extra pair of hands around. The instructions were a tad quirky as I was warned against sitting or standing on it, multiple cautions about letting children anywhere near the unit, and the message that I would not be provided with any technological or electronic updates. Once I ignored those instructions I have enjoyed using it as both seat and wagon. It is quite sturdy and I appreciate the pneumatic tires. This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it.
