It's very nice, but unfortunately, I may not keep it if we cannot get the pump to be quieter, and if we cannot get it to stand straight up Thankfully, they are going to send another unit, hoping it will be much better... Finally got the replacement, and this water pump that sits in the dry unit base to move the 12 gallons of distilled water that we bought and poured in, is quieter so we can appreciate the water sounds more; but fyi the pump is still not totally quiet; we will try to put in our own insulation. I literally just put it together, filled it up and turned it on. So far, it’s sturdy and made well. The water flows well - but the top pitcher that fills and pours to the next, fills up too quickly and overflows. The other pitchers fill and pours properly. Love this fountain. Super easy to assemble and set up. Like the fact that it has lights. Nice ambiance at night. Works really well. Just have to fill it back with water every few days in summer due to evaporation. Water sound is so peaceful and soothing. Def recommend this water fountain for anyone considering one!. Chris.
