Delivery was right on schedule and packaging in good condition. It was unclear in the product description whether there would be one or two sets of crystals included in the purchase. There were two pictures, one with a circular crystal and another with a heart shaped crystal. There wasn’t an option to pick one or the other on the website. You may want to clear that up. Also, the product was a little dirty when it was received, like it had been a display item or something out of the box for a while. We were able to clean it up and it works just fine for our needs..
