These are great and very comfortable! If I had one criticism it would be to ignore the instructions when it says to tighten the legs to the foot rail to 100%. Definitely put all screws in (legs to seat and legs to foot rail) at 50%, then align and tighten the legs to the seat to 100% BEFORE you tighten the foot rail..otherwise you will not be able to align the chair legs in a way that minimizes the gaps between the parts, creating pinch points for fingers when scooting in your chair. There were screw holes drilled in the underside of the seat. These were misleading; because when we screwed the enclosed hardware; it punctured holes into the seat surface. Unfortunately, I did have some quality/alignment issues. After assembling two stools, the footrests weren’t completely straight, the seats sat slightly crooked, and one stool had a noticeable wobble. Assembly itself was very simple (another bonus), so these seemed to be manufacturing/alignment issues rather than assembly problems.
