Please don't expect this to be substantial enough housing for chickens by itself. We're using it as a maternity ward INSIDE our run. It's minimally effective for that. I really like this rabbit hutch. It looks so cute. My dad took an hour to put everything together. The design was so convenient. Especially, the plastic plate underneath the cage. It can put out easily. The only thing that I wouldn’t recommend to someone who wants to have solid wood quality of the pet furniture and this was definitely not for you. The wood was cheaply made. This one already broken on the back. I have to put the glue between them.. Kelly. Jacksonville. Fri Dec 09 2022
