I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion. I will say that assembly for this was really easy. Directions were great and nice to follow. I only gave it three stars because the back is pretty soft and sits low. I’m only five four and it hits me about mid back. I can’t imagine that would be comfortable if I had to sit in it all day. If I did, I would want something with a higher back. This is a great office chair. Mechanically, this is a much higher quality than most that I have used. It was easy to assemble and works great in the space we needed it for.
