This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a nice chair, on the lower side and quite comfortable It took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair, for me it was straight forward and I didnt have any problems, just follow the instructions and be swear that the bigger holes need to show to the outside to connect the arm pieces, it’s already written in the box so I don’t have the issue at all. Really pretty, nicely made, and comfy. It's got a deep seat, so it needs a pillow (at least for me - I'm short) but that's exactly what I wanted because I had a pillow already. The fabric is soft, not at all scratchy. I love the blue color and the wooden legs. On the backside you can see a gap and the metal brackets peek out - see the photo. Not a big deal for me because my chair is tucked into a corner, but if you have it out in the open and people can walk around it, it will be noticeable. One of the screw holes did not work (like it was crewing into the void - the screw never caught onto the threads), but hopefully it holds up just fine. I definitely recommend this accent chair!. Emphasizing the thick cushioned seat is a bit misleading. The seat does look like it’s 6” thick, but important to note that its hollow underneath - the actual padding on the seat is no more than 1.5 to 2 inches. Not terribly comfortable, but it looks nice and fits our space just fine. It went together fairly easily by my husband who is quite handy - I would not have been able to do it myself as there were MANY parts to deal with.
