Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Thu Sep 10 2026

Love the way it looks and only took me about 2 hours to put together. I only have two complaints sticker placement (see photo) and the spindles at the end of the bed are very wobbly. This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Thu May 14 2026

This standard panel bed gives your bedroom or guest room a touch of traditional style. Its open frame is crafted from wrought iron with a cherry and bronze finish. Plus, with 8.6" of clearance underneath, this bed leaves extra space for storage bins, spare linens, and more. A box spring is required.

Six replacement chairs were received. Four of those chairs are damaged as well. The packaging appears to be the issue. The hardware is placed inside the cushions of the chair, and through shipping, is causing damage to the cushions. I will attach the pictures again. I reported this yesterday.. Sherrie. Broken Arrow, OK. Wed Sep 30 2026

This four-poster bed brings classic style and a relaxed foundation to your space. It's crafted with a steel frame that offers stability, while the integrated footboard creates a balanced silhouette. Beautiful bedframe super easy too build. Super easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we have an 8 Sleep mattress (heavier) had to lay down extra support beams. Will work perfectly with any normal mattress.. Haley. Hastings, MN. Wed Oct 07 2026

This bed is stunning. It’s timeless and classic. I’ve had it for several years in two different homes. The first picture was in a much larger space with the canopy. The second space was much smaller so I wasn’t able to use the canopy. I love both looks. I plan to keep this bed for many years to come.. Kerri. Houston, TX. Mon Oct 19 2026

This canopy bed infuses your main or guest bedroom with a sophisticated, classic style. The open frame is crafted from metal tubing and stands 72” high. We love that there is more than 12” of under-bed clearance, which is enough room for a couple of storage bins filled with seasonal apparel or extra bedding. This metal bed has sturdy slats that provide a solid foundation for your mattress. The system of slats eliminates the need for a box spring – simply top it with the standard mattress of your choice (sold separately). Besides, assembly is required, but from what we hear, it’s pretty straightforward.

Love the bed! One of the things I was told when purchasing the bed was that I needed a box spring. It comes with good sturdy cross rails. You don’t need a box spring. Other than that it’s a beautiful bed.. Sherry. Mon Oct 12 2026
