This is a really nice bed frame. It was carefully packed, shipped so quickly and easy to assemble. All the pieces. Parts inside were wrapped in plastic. The other pieces were strapped in the box. The directions were in pictures and so easy to follow. Everything was in the box including the little tools. What a deal! Thank you for a great shopping experience.
