I was a little worried because I have never had a bed like this and wasn’t sure how sturdy it would be. I have a Tempur-pedic mattress on it, which is a very dense heavy mattress, and the bed is quite sturdy. Does not have any flimsiness to it whatsoever. Also, the color is white and absolutely perfect. It has a touch more cream in it then a bright white, but in my opinion, it is absolutely gorgeous . I tried to show the photo of how you’re able to put storage containers underneath the bed. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
