Easy to put together myself. I used all the washers included. The instructions only show for 4 washers for the seat but enough for all the screws were included. It is very comfortable. I thought it would be wider for my hips. I had measured my old office chair and the one I ordered showed a measurement of 1 inch wide than the the old chair I had. Things to know though : - the back seat tilts ... but incrementally, and between the straight position and the next position the back can lock in it is quite a stretch. - The seat dimensions are 20" in width by 20" in length (not 18x19 as posted in specs) ... so short legs, watch out. - The lumbar support is adjustable, but at the lowest position, it is still to high for me (I'm 5'7, I will probably end up acquiring a seat cushion ... to raise my back to the lumbar support level).
