I really love this couch. I need to get more pillows to make it more homie, but besides that set up was really easy and the package came really fast. My only problem is that it gets scrunched up in the middle when it’s been sat on for a while besides that it’s great.. Harlow. Austin, TX. Sun Sep 20 2026

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

This multifunctional sofa combines comfort, storage, and flexible layout in one. In daily use, it’s a stable, supportive centerpiece for the living room; when you need a break, a gentle pull expands it into a spacious sleeping area, instantly turning the living room into a “temporary bedroom.” The chaise can switch between left and right to adapt to different floor plans and traffic flows: read by the window, place it against a wall to free up a walkway, or pair it with a coffee table to create a cozy viewing zone. The thick cushions and pillows provide solid support for the back and waist, keeping you comfortable during long chats, work sessions, or binge-watching. Armrests with built‑in storage and side pockets keep throws, remotes, and tablets out of sight for a cleaner space. Picture this: a weekend movie night where you recline the back, pull out the bed, stretch your legs, and grab a throw from the armrest; or a friend staying over—set up the bed in seconds and, the next morning, close it back into a neat sofa—effortless and elegant.

Assembly took a few hours with 2 people. Part labels were inconsistent. Very firm - we’ll be adding a foam pad for sleep. Overall a decent spot to put occasional overnight guests.. Caitlin. MN. Sun Jun 07 2026

H A Y mags 2.5 Seat Modular Sofa offers a distinct lounge feel with rounded edges and soft cushions. A solid construction of high-density foam covered with down padding ensures optimal comfort and durability. The low frame and deep seats create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. This 2-seat configuration consists of right armrest and left armrest modules - allowing for the options to use as a 2-seater or lounge chair.

This doesn't wear well at all. Although the uphostery is great quality (teal + blue) the foam padding on the seats are SOOOO bad. A little after a month of use the corner where I sit is completely sunken. For reference I weigh about 120 lbs, so I don't know how this could hold up for anyone larger than me or with kids that are rough on furniture. There is no way to replace the wholcushions without completely dismantling the whole sofa which would 1. Be expensive and 2. Ruin the cool signature HAY stitching. I've never owned a "real" mags sofa before but this one is very disappointing that it's put me off to the brand. Made in China and after three months of use it shows.. L. NY. Sun Oct 25 2026

To me this is a gentleman’s sofa. It yells man cave, study or bar area, with its rich brown - wide stature. However with some 20x20 throw pillows this could also be the most cozy leather sofa in any family setting. I’ve never been more impressed to be honest. I’ve sat in deep sofas before, but this is heavenly. The leather is the real deal and extremely soft. Solid, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.. Jodi. Anacortes, WA. Wed Mar 20 2024

Built by our skilled craftsmen in California from premium, hand-selected materials to provide long-lasting comfort. Our Murrieta Sofa was created to be comfortable yet stylish with our flange detail trim on the back pillows and bench cushion, and of course, in your choice of upholstery to fit your living space perfectly and beautifully.

It’s a beautiful, high quality sofa. I don’t have any complaints other than that the seat could be softer and that I occasionally must reshape the back pillows. I’ve been able to wash the covers without a problem and they are holding up well. I appreciate that it was delivered early and that the color was as described. I bought the performance fabric in Aura Snow. I would buy from this sofa company again especially if they offered more options in the type of stuffing. On the bright side, the middle does not wrinkle or sag at all. Update: one problem I am facing with the “performance fabric” is that it really does pill. Not in an easy way to vacuum up. I do regret not buying a white linen instead. STRONGLY advise against buying the performance weave. Go linen. I am NOT happy that I have to use a wool comb to try and dislodge the pills and THEN go in with the vacuum. I would also suggest that the seller offer a different fill for the pillows due to the denting and reshaping issue.. Kristen. New York, NY. Sat Nov 22 2025
