• It has a distressed waxy finish without pull up effect. Volcano is a medium thick, mild corrected leather with an aniline waxy finish from US origin cow hides. Leathers are buffed with a fine sand paper to prepare the leather surface smooth and to remove minor imperfections. Leathers are pre embossed at crust stage to guide the uniform grain pattern after several hours of milling. A mix of special oil & wax are applied followed by aniline dye spray to match and improve color uniformity. Being a waxy aniline leather, natural attributes of skins like healed scratches, bug bites and scars can be expected which gives Volcano a genuine leather look and feel.
