The shower looks nice, it arrived faster than expected, but must be since it came from Miami and I live 2.5 hours away. The instructions need improvements, they are not very clear as to what to use to put it together and drill on the tile. The shower handle feels very cheap, they could have use better plastic. Enclosed is a cap that I did not know what to do with it and the tech support had to think about it too. Then they told me that they enclose it in all of the retrofit showers whether it is used or not. The shelve is attached with bolt that require a hex wrench, however it was not included, I have set of the wrench’s and I could not find that fit it after hustling I was finally able to tied it. Also the company should include better anchors and enclose at least one or two. I had to use stronger ones that I bought at HD. It is not hard to put it together once you find a way to do it. This is a great alternative if you want the feeling and function of an expensive spa shower but dont want to spend thousands of dollars. Parts are made of plastic but the internal parts are all metal. Some things to note- First you can only use one of the functions at a time- either handheld, rain shower or the 3 jets. That is because it is all just coming from one water source (again thats why this isnt a 1000 shower system) All 3 functions tilt so you have some directional control however the Jets dont slide up and down on the rail. They are stationary and as a short person they hit me in my face and neck if Im not careful. The top 2 jets can be twisted onoff so I close the top one and tilt the other 2 down and that works for me. Also thr handheld docking station can be adjusted up and down the rail so I place it a bit higher and can use the handheld like another showhead. The handheld also has 5 different settings which offers lots of variety. Warning- your shower time will probably double because it is so enjoyable! I like to switch between all three functions.. Easy enough to set up, although the instructions keep telling you to make sure you place washers where they need to go- but check if there's one already placed (if you place another, it's going to leak!); Apart from that, my only grievance is that the water keeps dripping from the shower head for a solid minute before it completely stops, which is annoying, but not that big of a deal..
