Bought and installed this yesterday. Pressure is great but when installing the diverter valve no matter how tight you try to put it the diverter still spins causing the handheld to droop to the right. Not sure if this is just a problem with my shower neck or what. Had to use the diverter valve from the old one and just attach main shower head and handheld to that instead which worked luckily.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finish is of good quality. The materials seem good for the price. It seems better in look and feel to Kohler, but not nearly as nice as Waterworks. It is in a different price category than Waterworks so it isn't apples to apples. The packaging was not as good as Waterworks or Kohler.. Jay. Thu Oct 03 2024
