Only issue was that the dimensions were incorrect and instructions for contractor were also incorrect. Took 2 additional days for the install, original framed out space, was too large and had to be reframed and drywall had to be patched and textured. No lip on this item. Real pain for the contractor, and delayed construction by 2 additional days, and of course, more $ for me. Don't trust Chinese measurements. This is a huge medicine cabinet that has mirrors both inside and outside. It’s great to see all sides of your head when styling. It has an outlet along with charging port inside which is great. I plan on placing my small Bose speaker on the shelf. The only problem is the brackets were not included in the packaging so my shelves are not installed yet. The shelves are glass. Customer service was quick to answer my message about the missing brackets and they were shipped out right away. I couldn’t recess the cabinet because of pipes behind the wall that I didn’t know were there. My contractor installed a steel bracket underneath and installed it on the wall into the beams. This medicine cabinet was surprisingly good quality! No assembly required, very heavy, and has soft-close doors. Some shelves are difficult to install unless you remove the hinges. One shelf peg hole was misaligned but I was able to fix the wobbly shelf with a small rubber door pad. Directions say that it takes 2 people to install it but I recommend 3.
