If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Beautiful sofa with really nice and thick material. I the seats are quite wide and so it makes it comfortable. The color is really nice (linen) and feels sturdy. The only issue is that the sofa is quite a bit lower to the ground than any other sofa in my house and so it’s hard to pair it in the same room. I would say my other sofas are standard size and this one is at least 6 inches lower to the ground. Make sure you measure before you order. Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. Sofa has down feathers in it that seems to help with material returning to proper shape. The cushions themselves are comfortable.
