This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. The color is great and the pillows that come with the couch are very soft and comfortable to sit back on. This does take two people to assemble but was very manageable and worth it.. Anonymous. Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Sun Sep 20 2026

I really love this couch. I need to get more pillows to make it more homie, but besides that set up was really easy and the package came really fast. This multifunctional sofa combines comfort, storage, and flexible layout in one. In daily use, it’s a stable, supportive centerpiece for the living room; when you need a break, a gentle pull expands it into a spacious sleeping area, instantly turning the living room into a “temporary bedroom.” The chaise can switch between left and right to adapt to different floor plans and traffic flows: read by the window, place it against a wall to free up a walkway, or pair it with a coffee table to create a cozy viewing zone. The thick cushions and pillows provide solid support for the back and waist, keeping you comfortable during long chats, work sessions, or binge-watching. Armrests with built‑in storage and side pockets keep throws, remotes, and tablets out of sight for a cleaner space. Picture this: a weekend movie night where you recline the back, pull out the bed, stretch your legs, and grab a throw from the armrest; or a friend staying over—set up the bed in seconds and, the next morning, close it back into a neat sofa—effortless and elegant.

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Don’t hate it, but don’t love it. It is very small so ideal for a small space. The cushions are rather hard and not very comfortable. I do love how easy the sleeper part is to pullout. I wouldn’t suggest this couch to someone who plans to spend a lot of time on the couch. It is worth the price though.. Anonymous. Locust Grove, VA. Thu Sep 24 2026

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026
