This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. Huge, and cool looking, but not the easiest to get comfy. The first set came in bad shape, so it was replaced to satisfaction. Shipping was not very good to my location, and replacement took 3 weeks.. Gilbert. Des Moines, WA. Wed May 03 2023

Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026
