This couch is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with how the delivery people handled it with care and brought it into my apartments I couldn’t have done it on my own. The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. This couch is larger than I thought in a good way. It's super comfortable and the deep seating is perfect for the tall kids and husband. Since its for a smaller family room and its a module couch, I took the center piece out so now it's an oversized love seat and now it fits wonderfully. (Im using the middle section for seating in my room) I am missing the 1st layer of the seat covers. Im still giving it 5 stars because it doesnt affect how you use it at all.
