This is a very nice reclining sofa. The material is soft. The recliners work smoothly. My only concern is that the material is a tad bit thin, so I'm hoping the seams hold up. You just pop the tops in the top and then the sides to the sides real simple and also so comfortable like for a leather or faux leather couch, you wouldn’t think it would be this comfortable, but it really is and it’s not that real slippery leather. I really like the service you provided for assembling my sofa. The gentleman was not well very ersed in English, but he brought a translator device which made communicating pretty easy. The one thing that was a little disappointing. I know that you stated in your assembly instructions that the the boxes would not be taken away. I would have to think twice about doing this again because I had to cut up all the boxes and papers and stuff and I am not real physically capable of doing that with ease right now and I’m by myself so if they had taken away the boxes, it would’ve been great instead of spending all night cutting them up so they would fit in my trash cans, But everything else went well and I will just give it some deep thought and weigh the pros and cons next time. This is how it looks if it is assembled incorrectly with the end recliners placed on the wrong ends. When we switched the recliners, the problem was solved.
