So supportive! I love this sofa and I’ve only had it for one hour. My back hurts less sitting on it. I like that there’s a way to adjust the headrest and the feet rest separately. I use a battery pack to operate it from Vevor and it’s working great. I had 57 steps they delivered it up which was very difficult but Wayfair made sure it got done! Delivery was convenient and easy to schedule. Re-delivery was difficult to manage online. Color is perfect. It’s a muted tan beige and the fabric is soft with a very light pill texture. I have pets but did not buy the performance fabric because of the color offering. I don’t do gray. I plan to keep my waterproof blankets from Members Mark on them to protect it from pets. The photo had a shadow but I hope it helps. This will definitely sit 2 plus size women with one teenager in between. If you are slim you could fit 4 slim teens. The best part is how supportive it is. I have a really bad back and achy legs and it seems like it will help alleviate that. I haven’t felt a couch this supportive before. A must try! Love the bubble style this is built in. That was the main reason for the purchase. Got during the Wayday sale for $1999, right in budget. Thanks Wayfair for another amazing experience! This is a tried and true product review. Assembly could have gone smoother if I didn’t have to take the majority of it apart because I put the pieces in the wrong ends….. totally my fault. I like the couch and the fact it reclines the downfall is when you recline there is a huge gap in the back seat of the couch and bottom cushion and it’s not comfortable. Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. I will post another picture when it is fully assembled. The power recliner sounds like a nice feature as does the charging port. I am sure it will take two of us several hours to put together.. Lori.
