I love them. They are really well stuffed. They seem firm right now but once they’ve been used a bit that will soften. I’m relieved that I won’t have chairs where the seat has bottomed out in a couple years. Each chair easily fits 2 people. Electronic controls are great. Lots of room for legs without hanging over. This couch fit our space exactly. The arms of it come out wider than the back of it which makes it smaller than the stated 96 inches in most places. It’s comfortable and good quality. The loveseat is attractive, nicely built, and sturdy. It is a bit high off the ground as my feet don’t touch the floor when I am sitting upright (I am 5’4”). When I recline, I don’t tend to settle into the middle of the “bucket” (the bucket was to be a perk for me to keep me centered and secure). Feels more like a perch I am balancing on. The cushions are firm, which I don’t mind but I am hoping that will settle down with time. Although I was attracted to the hidden cupholders, once opened they are a bit of a reach. And, my little dog occasionally activates the cupholder open button as he steps on it while climbing up to his bed on the other side. We have covered over the phone charging plate in the middle so the dog won’t scratch it, and it doesn’t seem to charge all that well anyway. Makes a good table, though. It took a bit to get used to the control buttons on the side (what does what), but I really do like the recline and the headrest mechanisms. I like the charging ports on the side. The armrests are nice, but a remote or phone will slide off easily. Didn’t consider that prior to purchase.
