This platform bed combines chunky proportions and subtle details for a casual, understated modern appeal. It's crafted from solid acacia wood with a dark brown finish. The rectangular panel headboard features simulated tongue and groove panels, architectural bronze pulls on the footboard, and a heavy butt-jointed frame. We love how the rich finish keeps the wood's active grain center stage. Our favorite detail is the two doors in the footboard, which offer sleek out-of-sight storage for extra blankets, pillows, and much more. This bed has center legs that provide additional support. Best of all, no box spring is necessary.

Really great bed! Larger than I expected and our mattress seems to leave small gaps on either side which is weird! Draws are smooth but the wood shows all the dust and dog hair so wiping it down often.. Ugne. Rio Rancho, NM. Tue Mar 10 2026

I purchased the queen-size version and also paid for a person through Wayfair to bring the box upstairs and install it. I have slept on the bed for 3 weeks and so far the bed exceeds my expectations. It is beautiful and feels heavy and stable. It does not squeak or move around. I placed the bed on the carpet and the drawers still move in and out easily. Drawers are made of solid wood. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. I added a headboard to the bed that I purchased from another marketplace. So far, I love it and I would recommend it to others!. Raya. Huntington Beach, CA. Wed May 13 2026

It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, and it rests on short feet for a clean, low profile. The linen upholstery is filled with foam, offering a padded surface across the tufted headboard. Four underbed drawers slide out smoothly, making it easy to stash spare sheets, clothing, or blankets right under your mattress. Plus, a built-in slat kit provides reliable support so there's no box spring required.

Great looking bed frame for the price. Love the orange linen color - most bed frame color options I see are boring in white, beige (read yellow), black, gray, or navy. This frame seems supportive and sturdy and you don’t need a box spring. Our queen mattress fits the frame and doesn’t protrude over the edge and there’s low risk for stubbing your toes or banging your knees on the frame. The drawers are not on a track, just loose on wheels and they attach to the frame by Velcro. The inside of the drawers are plastic which I prefer to the wire baskets that I’ve seen some other storage beds have. My husband did not encounter any complications assembling it. Very happy with this esthetic and affordable bed frame for our guest room.. Michelle C. CA. Wed Sep 23 2026
