I ordered this bedside table to actually use for my 5 gallon aquarium. I really loved the high-end look. I loved that the top was a marble or stone so that if water spilled, it would not stain or damage. It was very difficult to put together and I put together quite a bit of flat pack furniture. I ended up using wood glue on some of the wobbly parts and now I am very satisfied with the way it turned out. It did take me two days to put together, but now I’m almost wondering, based on the other reviews, if I received a dud. The wood is beautiful, but it is soft. My furniture arrived with one scratch and too small dents. I have taken pictures of them and posted in my review. This an attractive and solid bachelor’s chest or end table. It came remarkably well packed with styrofoam in places you wouldn’t suspect. This is a beautiful piece. However, be warned. The marble top is so heavy that unless you have full service delivery, you will be unlikely to be able to move it yourself. I had to hire four guys. In addition, the top drawer on the right side rubs against the marble top, so I will need to file that down.
