I don’t really use it as a nightstand, I put it in my closet instead. The size is just right, not too wide, fits in the corner and gives me extra drawers for clothes. The two small drawers I use for socks and belts, bottom ones hold tshirts and jeans pretty well. The top of it is flat so I even stack a couple folded sweaters on there. It does have the charging outlets on top which I don’t really need in closet, but I tried and they do work fine, could be useful if you keep a steamer or even charge a lint remover in there. The cord is long enough to reach out from the closet wall socket. Assembly took me a little while, I had to redo one step cause I put a drawer runner backwards. These are beautiful and extremely sturdy. The assembly directions were very clear and they did take as reported by other reviewers about 60 to 90 min each to assemble. I’m a pretty experienced home builder. I took off a star because some of the holes were not drilled through and someone with less experience may find that challenging.
