Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. He stated that the directions were not included so he had to look them up. It took longer than expected but after fully assembled there were no real issues. The unit does not have a top because it is meant to go under a counter top. The finish is decent.
