The 3 cabinets and two sinks arrived on a pallet. It was obvious tow of the boxes on one side of the pallet had damaged. I took photos to document before I opened the boxes. Turned out, one of the cabinets had been impacted so hard the back and bottom were completely broken off. I understand damage can happen. But this was so obvious on the pallet why send it to the customer to deal with. I was told I would get a replacement but have not received an email confirmation it is being sent. We are very disappointed in this item. The countertop on the left doesn’t match the other countertops. We paid a lot of money for this item and we expected the countertops to match.
